CCCP Food Bank - Food Donations

Approximately 600 local families use CCAP's Food Bank each month!

We are ALWAYS in need of food for our Food Bank! CCAP opened a Food Bank more than 35 years ago, and hunger continues to be a need in our community. Each month CCAP serves over 600 families in need at our Food Bank. The families we serve have lost their jobs, suffered an illness, or a different type of crisis...usually through no fault of their own. They are having trouble making ends meet and are unable to purchase needed food. Eligible clients are allowed to receive food bank items once a month.

Any and all donations are gratefully accepted and appreciated!

CCAP stocks it's pantry through private donations and food drives that are held in the community on a regular basis through community groups, local schools, and churches. Additionally, CCAP receives USDA commodities.

You can drop off non-perishable food at 311 Doric Avenue in Cranston any weekday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If you would like to host a food drive and/or need us to pick up your food donation, please contact our Vice President of Social Services, Joanne Gregory, at 401.562.8333 or by email at jgregory@comcap.org.
