Fees

We accept all third party insurances including Medicaid, Medicare and RIte Care. Self-pay and sliding scale fee are available for those who do not have health insurance and meet financial eligibility requirements.

CCAP is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
